Construction Manager

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager (2nd Shift) to join their team in Jefferson, WI. In this critical role, you will play a key role in the successful completion of their expansion project.

Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: Jefferson, WI (2nd shift)

Pay Range: $ 75-80/hr

What’s the Job?

• Manage financial, safety, and schedule KPIs, proposing alternatives when needed.
• Oversee CM resources during major capital projects.
• Review SAP project details and update Microsoft Project, PETPRO, BIM 360, and CXAlloy.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including EWOs, EVMs, and QIS reports.
• Lead weekly planning meetings and provide daily/weekly progress reports.

What’s Needed?

• 15 years of construction management experience, including strong MEP experience in multi-million dollar capex projects within the food and/or industrial manufacturing industry.
• A strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• PMP, PMI, GAC, CCM, CMCI, CMAA, or similar certification.
• OSHA 30, CPR, and fall protection certifications.
• Proficiency in software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Cx Alloy, etc.).
