- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents/patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and assess the health and well-being of residents/patients, reporting any changes to the relevant medical staff.
- Create and implement individualized care plans, working closely with healthcare professionals and families to ensure the best possible outcomes.
- Support and mentor junior staff, ensuring that care is delivered to the highest standard.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment that upholds the dignity, privacy, and rights of all residents/patients.
- Requirements:
- Enhanced Child & adults DBS. on update service
- NMC Pin
- Minimum 3 months plus experience working as a Nurse
- Effective communication & interception skills
