About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Senior Financial Accountant - ERP Improvement to support a crucial data correction and clean-up initiative within our Oracle ERP system. This role is split evenly between Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) and will play a key role in supporting our Finance team in resolving historic base data issues.

You’ll be working closely with the Head of AR and AP, supporting them in matching invoices, applying adjustments, and ensuring data accuracy within Oracle, both in test and live environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Finance Manager in delivering the Oracle ERP Improvement Plan.

  • Accurately process and match historic AR and AP data entries in Oracle.

  • Monitor, verify, and upload supporting documentation for each adjustment.

  • Communicate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies or issues as they arise.

  • Maintain and report progress to the Head of AR and AP regularly.

  • Ensure all data corrections meet the standards required for audit and compliance.

  • Liaise with Finance and IT teams to ensure full awareness and alignment throughout the process.
