Temporary Support Worker Position - Adults with Learning Disabilities

Location: Leigh Woods, Bristol
Pay Rate: 13.50 per hour

Are you passionate about supporting adults with complex and challenging learning disabilities? We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Support Workers on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to adults with complex and challenging learning disabilities.
  • Assist with daily activities, personal care, and promoting independence.
  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for all individuals.
  • Work as part of a dedicated team to support individuals in achieving their goals and aspirations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with adults who have learning disabilities is a must.
  • PBM (Positive Behaviour Management) training is ideal; however, training will be provided for suitable candidates.
  • A full UK driving license is beneficial but not essential.
