This school is a friendly and vibrant school that reflects the ethos and culture of the surrounding area. They pride themselves on their success in academic and extracurricular successes aswell as the support each pupil receives. The school is looking to employ a innovative and driven Cover Supervisor for full time with the potential for long term basis for the right teacher. The successful applicant will be working across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, including GCSE and exam preparation. The Cover Supervisor will be essential in guiding and supporting the students to reach their full potential.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
• Level 3 or HLTA qualification (not a requirement but valuable).
• PGCE or PCET qualifications will also be accepted.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Knowledge of Curriculum for Wales framework and expectations.
• Excellent classroom management.
