Operations Manager

Greensquares have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join their team.

Location: Merthyr Tydfil, CF48 1YL

Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum depending on experience + Bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Operations Manager – The Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a key player in driving the efficiency and success of our installation and warehouse operations while providing outstanding service to our customers.

You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day Sunspace installations to include project management as well as warehouse activities, improving workflows, and ensuring high standards of performance and efficiency. Operations Manager – Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Sunspace projects from sourcing, logistics through to project installation

- Warehouse operations and logistics, ensuring the efficient movement of goods

- Implement strategies to improve performance, including team development and cost control

- Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of customer orders

- Oversee staff training, ensuring high performance and team morale

- Collaborate with other departments to optimise processes and improve customer satisfaction

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards

- Monitor KPIs and report on operational performance

- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts

Operations Manager – You:

- Strong leadership and management abilities

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft software

- Project management skills

- Financial acumen and budgeting experience

- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance
