Project Support Officer- 3 months - RCT - Immediate Start

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large health authority to recruit a Project Support Officer to join their team to undertake a feasibility project. This is a Hybrid role, Monday- Friday. 37.5 hours per week.

What the Project Support Officer will be doing:-The ideal Project Support Officer will be responsible for

  • Coordinating diaries to set up national meetings
  • Identify risks and reporting to the Programme/Project Manager
  • Working as part of the project team they will be the first point of contact for many staff and will be required to provide support, training, and guidance to other project staff
  • Provide a level of administrative support by assisting in the planning and delivery of Projects, work packages and projects.

What the successful Project Support Officer will bring to the team:-This role is suitable for someone who has:-

* Experience of Project Management

  • Experience of working within the NHS or other public sector body

* Knowledge of NHS Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions

* Proficient in use of the standard IT packages

  • Experience of successful team working.

What the Business Support Administrator will get in return:-

* £13.81 per hour

* Monday to Friday with no evenings and a hybrid environment
