Roles and Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for the following…
- Effective delivery of the site maintenance strategy.
- Liaising with the Production team, and the Reliability Team.
- Coordinating maintenance activities, and optimising plant safety, availability, performance, and quality.
- Supervising a team of technicians whilst overseeing all aspects of maintenance and fault diagnosis.
- Planning, organising and undertaking corrective and reactive maintenance.
- Delivering improvement projects and cost reduction activities.
Skills, Education and Qualifications
- Time served maintenance technician/engineer with a background in manufacturing.
- Experience in a supervisory role is desirable.
- IOSH/NEBOSH
