A world class building services business based in the RCT area are rapidly expanding their workforce and as a result, they are looking for a Mechanical Craftsperson and a Senior Mechanical Craftsperson to join their team.
As a Mechanical Craftsperson, you will be responsible for heating and ventilation activities. The successful candidates must be able to carry out pipework fabrication and installations for industrial and commercial systems.
As for personal qualities, my client is seeking an enthusiastic individual with knowledge of commercial systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- 5 hours per week.
- Overtime paid at 1.5 hours.
- Some work away, with bonus structures included e.g. £1 an hour extra, and stay away allowance at £25 per day.
- Carry out pipework fabrication, installation and other jointing methods for the industrial and commercial sector.
- Soldering, pressift, threading and fusion welding.
- Installing bracket systems.
- Assembly of boilers, air source heat pumps, storage vessels etc.
- Undertake testing, pre-commissioning, decommissioning of industrial and commercial water systems (cold and hot).
Personal Qualities:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Heating and Ventilation (commercial), Building Services Installer/Craftsperson of Plumbing (desirable).
