An exciting opportunity for a QHSE Manager has arisen with my client near Aberdare, who is a leading international supplier of custom-designed products, who are focused on high-quality and excellent service.

Reporting to the General Manager, you must be passionate about health & safety, environmental and quality elements within the company's operations.

As QHSE Manager you will ensure the company meets regulatory requirements, protects the workforce, the environment, and maintains high-quality standards, identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them. This is a stand-alone role, however the QHSE Manager will work closely with the senior management team. This is an autonomous role, so you will need to be a proactive individual, prepared to perform managerial and operational tasks to ensure compliance, promote a safe and healthy workplace, and maintain high product quality standards.

You must have:

  • Successfully managed and maintained the Quality Management System to IATF16949 standard.
  • Proven track record in practical problem solving
  • Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and TISAX
  • APQP process and Process Flow, PFMEA and Control Plan development.
  • Computer literate in the use of Microsoft Software packages
