We are seeking Welsh speakers to fill cover supervisor roles in secondary schools within the Rhondda Cynon Taff area. If you have transferable experience, whether it's in education, coaching, childcare, or other roles where you've worked with young people, we want to hear from you!
What Does a Cover Supervisor Do?
? Supervise students in the absence of the regular teacher? Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students stay on task? Follow lesson plans provided and ensure a smooth transition throughout the day? Provide support to students when needed and help foster a positive learning environment
