WORK FROM HOME VALUER - FULLY EMPLOYED POSITION

Position : Valuer/Lister Location : Aberdare Basic Salary : £22,500 - £27,500 (dependent on experience) OTE : £50,000+ Guarantee : 5 Months/Pipeline Builder

Role Overview:

Our client is leading the way in the future of Estate Agency and is looking for ambitious Valuers to join their growing team. As a Valuer, you will be responsible for establishing and expanding the agency's presence in Aberdare. From developing local marketing strategies to forging relationships with key local stakeholders, you will drive growth and referral business.

You'll manage the valuation and conversion of market appraisals and utilize a nearby super hub office for support. The hub office will provide assistance from sales negotiators, sales progression teams, and administrative staff, allowing you to focus on the client journey from valuation to completion. Who We’re Looking For:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in Estate Agency with a strong track record in valuations.
• A highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for local business development.
• Someone who thrives on building relationships, generating business, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations and convert them into instructions.
• Use your marketing expertise to generate business and build your local profile.
• Build lasting relationships with local communities to enhance referrals and grow your network.
• Take ownership of your area and manage the full sales cycle from valuation to completion.
• Collaborate with the team at the nearby hub office for day-to-day support, including negotiations, progress tracking, and admin.
