Requirements to Work as a Teacher with Tradewind Recruitment:

• Qualified Secondary Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
• Proficient Welsh speaker (both written and spoken)
• Experience teaching secondary students (all subject areas considered)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A passion for fostering the development of Welsh-medium education
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
