We are continuously seeking dedicated Health and Social Care Lecturers and/or Assessors to join various educational institutions, including colleges, training providers, and universities across South Wales, Central Wales, Midlands, and East Anglia. This is an open and ongoing recruitment for professionals in the field of health and social care.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Deliver lectures and/or assessments in health and social care according to the curriculum and educational level (college, university, etc.).
- Prepare educational material and coursework.
- Assess student progress, grade assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain records of students' progress, attendance, and grades.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
- Stay updated with developments in the field of health and social care and in teaching methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Health and Social Care or a related field; further teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in teaching or assessing in the field of health and social care is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of health and social care practices and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students.
- Flexibility to work with different educational institutions and adapt to their specific requirements.
