A rare opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified individual to join our client, an expanding, progressive and highly regarded CA Firm to join as Senior Audit Manager with further scope to develop to Director level.


You will have the opportunity to:


Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of clients while contributing to workflow planning and overall section management

. Drive business development efforts by identifying and cultivating opportunities that contribute to the firms growth and success.

Achieve revenue and profitability targets while minimising work in progress (WIP) write-offs and ensuring efficient resource allocation

. Nurture enduring client relationships, delivering strategic insights that go beyond traditional audit services.

Inspire, mentor, and develop future leaders within the firm, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.


This varied role involves managing and overseeing a dynamic portfolio of audit clients, concurrently handling the preparation of accounts, corporation tax computations/returns, and providing expert guidance on regulatory matters.


Ensuring strict adherence to GAAP you will offer practical guidance on regulatory compliance, tax regulations, UK law requirements, and principles of good governance, playing. a vital role in strategic planning and execution, collaborating closely with senior management to drive the firms growth initiatives and shape its direction.


You will lead your Audit team by consistently identifying new opportunities, bringing in work for the firm, and managing workflow to achieve optimal efficiency, cultivating maintaining long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering strategic insights that add substantial value to their businesses. This is a key role within the Firm and you will be actively involved in various leadership matters.



Ideal Person:


Qualified CA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification with proven Audit Management experience gained from another Big 4/Top 20 or independent UK based CA Firm.


You will be able to demonstrate leadership experience, including managing client portfolios and coaching junior team members. with a proven track record in driving business development, achieving revenue targets, and fostering lasting client relationships. With strong expertise in compliance, regulatory matters, and industry standards.this role offers a transformative opportunity for an accomplished professional to take on strategic leadership, drive innovation, and contribute to the firms continued success.
