We are currently looking for an Administrator with Focal Point systems experience to support a busy procurement team in Kintore throughout their systems change over.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Raising purchase orders
- Data migration
- Ensuring the new system is loaded with all required data
- Ensuring high levels of detail when transferring data from one system to another
- Working closely with the remaining team to support during busy spells across other administrative projects and tasks
What you need to be shortlisted:
- Focal Point experience is essential
- Keen eye for detail
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Good team worker
