Salary: 28,000 - 32,000pa (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday - Flexible

My client is looking for an experienced Multi Modal Import Coordinator to join their team based in Aberdeen The right candidate will have experience dealing with Air and/or Ocean Freight operations, for import consignments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day Freight operations, start-to-finish, from booking to invoice.
- Handling documentation.
- Raising Job files and all of the appropriate operations paperwork.
- Supplier and client liaison, invoicing agreed rates.
- Internal liaison with the sales team assisting with quotations and service information.
Requirements:
- Air and/or Ocean freight operations experience.
- Experience with Import operations is desirable.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
