Job Opportunity: Accounts Receivable Co-Ordinator
Location: Aberdeen
Starting Salary: 30,000- 32,000
Hours: 9:00- 5:00 Mon - Fri
We are seeking a detail oriented accounts receivable co-ordinator to join the team of one of the leading energy providers in Aberdeen.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work as part of a fast-paced team, ensuring all invoicing requirements are met in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with customer requirements
- Laise with the sales team and customers to ensure billing is accurate and to ensure customer requirements are met
-Ensuring you are well organised in order to meet month end deadlines
-Providing support to the supervisor and other areas of the Finance department when required.
Qualifications:
- Experience within sales invoicing preferred
- Must have the ability to work in a face pasted environment
- Proficiency in Excel is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- HND/HNC in Accounts preferrable but not essential
