Are you ready to make your mark as a Power BI expert? Our client is looking for you to take the lead in shaping how they leverage Business Intelligence. You will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to help them shape the company data, in particular reporting; using data from all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance Reporting Processes: Evaluate existing reporting methods and identify opportunities to standardise output and promote the data. You will be able to advise how to improve it and how to take the data to an exciting new level
Advocate for Power BI:Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the adoption of Power BI reporting tools across the business unit by showcasing its benefits, emphasising user-friendliness and efficiency improvements.
Be a Focal Point for Business Intelligence: Respond to reporting needs, whether editing existing reports or creating new ones. Attend meetings to collaborate with senior leaders, advising them on their requirements and providing tailored solutions
Develop and Share Knowledge: Spend time with various teams to understand their data needs. Develop report formats and processes that can be shared with team members to ensure consistent, reliable reporting from multiple data sources.
Provide Training and Support: Mentor and coach employees in helping them understand how to create and interpret reports effectively.
Promote Power BI:Be a champion for Power BI—showcase its capabilities, ease any scepticism, and encourage its adoption across all levels of the organisation.
What We’re Looking For in you:
- Power BI Expertise:A strong understanding and experience of using Power BI to deliver reports and business intelligence
- Collaboration Skills:Ability to work with senior leaders and stakeholders, understanding their needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Training and Mentoring Ability:Capable of simplifying complex tools and processes to make them accessible and usable for employees with varying levels of expertise.
- Communication Skills:Strong interpersonal skills to promote Power BI and inspire confidence in its capabilities.
- Self-Motivation and Initiative:A proactive attitude to take ownership of the role and drive results.
