- Responsible for the day to day running of the Service Centre.
- Responsible for all workshop activities/employees and approving and inputting of hours into SAP where required.
- Manage field service requirements, work scopes, method statements, equipment, and quotations as office support.
- Responsible for NCR recording, investigation and resolution including preventative action.
- Controlling the flow of jobs through the workshop including, scheduling, priorities, progress updates and productivity.
- Responsible for the Service Centre achieving budge and providing monthly forecast figures to the Operations Manager.
- Seek to identify, implement & monitor continuous improvement initiatives across the service centre
- Good engineering background with experience of Services & repair and maintenance of Pumps, Valves, Compressors & Rotating Equipment.
- Experience of using SAP would be of benefit.Â
- Demonstrate ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet required time schedules.
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
