The position is for a Remote Telesales Advisor, offering a full-time role from Monday to Friday with a permanent contract.
The base salary is £23,000, with the opportunity to earn a bonus, bringing the on-target earnings (OTE) to approximately £29,000 to £30,000.
Candidates should have 12 months of targeted phone sales experience within the last three years, although those from a call center or retail sales background may also be considered.
Key responsibilities include making 150 to 200 outbound calls daily, achieving 3 to 6 sales per day, and ensuring compliance with processes.
The role offers excellent training, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, and all necessary equipment is provided, with no weekend work required.

Required skills and experience:

12 months experience of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years is preferred however we could also consider candidates from a Call Centre or Retails Sales background.
A quiet place to work at home.
Be comfortable with remote working.
The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
