Account Manager, Aberdeen

Salary £45,000-£55,000 per annum

Talent84 are delighted to be supporting an innovative manufacturing client, an industry leader in the global sealing industry, with their search for an Account Manager. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships with clients, providing technical expertise and contributing successfully to companywide revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, promoting customer loyalty and satisfaction
• Develop excellent understanding of product portfolio to ensure best solution is offered to clients
• Proactively drive sales growth by identifying new business, maximising revenue from existing accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Act as a clear communication channel between clients and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery of efficient solutions
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge

Key Criteria

• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or similar field (desirable)
• Demonstrable experience in a sales role gained in the oil and gas or petrochemical industries
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs
