Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager required to join a leading provider of Fluid Transfer and MRO products.

The successful Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will have a primary focus on selling and managing key accounts within the Fluid Transfer / MRO sector throughout Aberdeen but also throughout the UK.

The successful Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will have experience selling or managing key accounts within the Fluid Transfer or MRO sector such as hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, actuators, motors, hoses, valves, cylinders, power packs, gearboxes or similar.

Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Role
  • Will have a primary focus on selling and managing key accounts within the Fluid Transfer / MRO sector throughout Aberdeen but also throughout the UK.
  • Manage and grow existing relationships as well as business development selling various Fluid Transfer / MRO related products including hydraulic hoses, chemical hoses, metal hoses, drilling hoses, hose management, flushing & testing products, and other similar MRO / Fluid Transfer products.
  • Maintaining sales with demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets.
  • Working closely with the Service Department to ensure an excellent standard of after-sales service is provided.
  • Working remotely covering Scotland, and parts of the UK when required.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments.


Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Requirements
  • Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer or similar within Engineering.
  • Experience selling with in the Fluid Transfer sector such as hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, motors, hoses, valves, cylinders, power packs, actuators, gearboxes or similar Fluid Power / Mechanical Engineer products.
  • Will have a strong knowledge of the Oil & Gas, OEM, or renewables industries
  • Determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed, grow, and bring on new business within the Fluid Transfer and MRO markets.
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites across Scotland, and the UK when required.
