Although the team have undergone full training and are self-sufficient, you will be expected to direct them and offer support when needed. You will also be expected to travel to the various patches, including Glasgow, Dundee, Highlands etc to visit staff members and attend client meetings.The ideal candidate will hold strong sales experience and have previously led or managed a team. Alongside management, you should want to contribute to the sales culture and also effectively close deals.
