Green Frog Connect is the UK's leading independent connection provider (ICP) and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contractor for power generation and energy storage projects. We work with renewable energy developers, energy from waste plants, industrial and commercial customers, and electric vehicle charging providers to design and build grid connections and power stations at voltages up to 132,000 volts.
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. You will also oversee the health and safety, environmental and quality aspects of the projects, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in electrical engineering or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing HV electrical projects in the power generation or distribution sector
- A thorough knowledge of HV electrical design principles, standards and regulations
- A proven track record of delivering complex projects within tight deadlines and budgets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- A full UK driving licence
