Site Engineer

First People Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading construction company in Aberdeen. We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join a busy team, working on a variety of civil engineering projects across the Aberdeen region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting out and surveying work, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• Liaising with the project management team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Ensuring health and safety standards are adhered to on-site.
• Providing Technical advice as required
• Quality Assurance, maintaining accurate records, and providing updates to senior management.
  

What We're Looking For:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer, ideally within the civil engineering or construction sector.
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency with surveying equipment and software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety on-site.
