Cammach are currently recruiting for a Subsea Pre-Commissioning Engineer to join a leading energy engineering consultancy. Long term contact assigned to major Operator.

Role would suit an individual from either a pre-commissioning background or subsea project engineer background with extensive experience of pipeline and subsea infrastructure pre-commissioning. Operator experience would be a bonus.

ROLE

The Subsea Pre-Commissioning Engineer will oversee and manage the execution of subsea pre-commissioning operations on behalf of the client to ensure efficient, safe, and successful completion of project work scopes. The position involves coordinating work onboard subsea vessels or host platforms, interfacing with various contractors, and ensuring compliance with procedures and project specifications.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in subsea operations
  • Knowledge of subsea pre-commissioning operations, with a focus on pipelines, umbilicals and related systems, subsea testing, flooding, cleaning, and dewatering operations.
  • Experience in hydraulic and electrical systems, control systems, and subsea inspection techniques.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and practices for subsea pre-commissioning (e.g., DNV, API).
  • Experience with diving/ROV operations is a plus
