As the Head of PR, you'll be at the forefront of strategic planning, managing dynamic campaigns, and leading a talented team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PR strategies across multiple platforms, providing creative solutions to meet client challenges
• Collaborate with client teams to assess and address key business needs
• Provide clients with advice on communications across various mediums, including written content, podcasts, videos, and more
• Proactively pitch creative campaign ideas and respond to media developments
• Cultivate and maintain strong media relationships on a global scale
• Manage crisis communications and emergency response initiatives
• Support business development efforts through proposals and client presentations
• Mentor and develop the PR team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior PR role, with a focus on strategy, media relations, and crisis management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
• Excellent writing, presentation, and media relations skills
• Success in campaign execution and managing crisis situations
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• In-depth knowledge of PR best practices and industry trends

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in emergency communications and B2B marketing
• Understanding of digital trends and the energy sector
• Experience working in a creative, PR, or digital agency environment

Location:This role is based in Aberdeen and requires at least three days in the office. Due to the nature of the position, which involves on-site crisis management and emergency response, we are seeking candidates who are local to Aberdeen or willing to relocate.
