Overview

The project administrator will be supporting the operations manager and project engineers on a various projects throughout the business

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly updating systems - SAP, OnePM, Salesforce.

  • Creating Project Schedules

  • Support/Manage all scheduling & labour planning for workshop capacity.

  • Raising of PO requisitions

  • Liaising with third party vendors and suppliers, as necessary.

  • Arranging Collection & Delivery to/from customers and suppliers.

  • Collation and issue of final project reports.

  • Financial completion of projects.

  • Support workshop supervisor with input of timesheets.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a project administrator role, within engineering or construction (or similar)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good team player, but also can work on own initiative.

  • Good understanding of production planning is preferred.

  • Commercial acumen is preferred.

  • Good level of knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

  • Experience with SAP is preferred but not essential as training can be provided
