Our client in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join their property maintenance team.
The position offers a pay rate of £17 per hour PAYE, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00.
Responsibilities include performing general painting and decorating maintenance on domestic and untenanted properties, ensuring high-quality work that exceeds industry standards.
Candidates must have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting and Decorating and at least 2 years of experience in the field.
A full UK driving license is also required for this role.

Our Client in Aberdeen are looking to add an experienced Painter and Decorator to their property maintenance team.

The Working Hours will be:
Monday - Friday
08:00-16:00

The Pay Rate will be:
17 Per Hour PAYE

Responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for general painting and decorating maintenance and improvements to domestic and untenanted properties.
Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality work exceeding minimum industry standard quality.
Delivering the highest quality maintenance painting and decorating work.
Pre inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.
Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs.

Candidate Requirements:

Attainment of an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting and Decorating.
2 years' Experience
Full UK Driving License
