Sonic Summary

Our Client in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join their property maintenance team.
The position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in painting and decorating, along with an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent certification.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.
The pay rate for this role is £17 per hour PAYE.
Responsibilities include high-quality maintenance and improvements to domestic and untenanted properties, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Our Client in Aberdeen are looking to add an experienced Painter and Decorator to their property maintenance team.

The Working Hours will be:
Monday - Friday
08:00-16:00

The Pay Rate will be:
17 Per Hour PAYE

Responsibilities include:

You will be responsible for general painting and decorating maintenance and improvements to domestic and untenanted properties.
Working with bathroom, kitchen and other required areas to deliver high quality work exceeding minimum industry standard quality.
Delivering the highest quality maintenance painting and decorating work.
Pre inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.
Ensure that repairs and maintenance improvement works are undertaken in a considerate manner within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs.

Candidate Requirements:

Attainment of an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Painting and Decorating.
2 years' Experience
Full UK Driving License
