ERP Data Analyst (Shipping)6-month FTC£38,000 - £40,000 + 33 days holiday (pro rata) + pension Aberdeen Are you a data analyst with brilliant excel skills looking for a contract supporting the largest wholly UK-owned fleet engaged in the UK's offshore industry with their planned maintenance?Are you able to help the transition of a rapidly growing business as they upgrade their technical systems across the entire company?On offer is the opportunity to join a team where the main purpose of the role is to provide a central focal point for the company's upgrade of their ERP system across the fleet and the shore-based offices, warehouses and workshops, ensuring operational efficiency, accuracy and relevance.Core duties will include reviewing a wide variety of electrical, mechanical and electronic components, manuals and drawings, collating the information and formatting and uploading to the new ERP system.Responsibilities:
- Data Collection
- Colleting manuals and PDF Drawings and AutoCAD
- Comparing old and new data components and reviewing offshore job descriptions
- Formatting and cleansing existing data
The person:
- Experience with Excel and VLOOKUP or power BI interface
