We are seeking a Band 6 Locum Dietitian to provide expert care within frailty rehabilitation and acute medicine wards. This role involves assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and discharge planning, ensuring comprehensive nutritional care for patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dietetic care for patients in the Rosewell frailty rehabilitation ward.
  • Support acute medicine units with nutritional assessment and discharge planning.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored nutritional interventions.
  • Manage a varied caseload effectively, ensuring high standards of care.
Essential Requirements:
  • HCPC Registration as a Dietitian.
  • Proven experience working in hospital or rehabilitation settings.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and implement nutritional care plans.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience in frailty rehabilitation or acute medicine settings.
  • Familiarity with discharge planning processes.
