We are seeking a Band 6 Locum Dietitian to provide expert care within frailty rehabilitation and acute medicine wards. This role involves assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and discharge planning, ensuring comprehensive nutritional care for patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide dietetic care for patients in the Rosewell frailty rehabilitation ward.
- Support acute medicine units with nutritional assessment and discharge planning.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver tailored nutritional interventions.
- Manage a varied caseload effectively, ensuring high standards of care.
- HCPC Registration as a Dietitian.
- Proven experience working in hospital or rehabilitation settings.
- Ability to assess, plan, and implement nutritional care plans.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
- Experience in frailty rehabilitation or acute medicine settings.
- Familiarity with discharge planning processes.
