Duties and Responsibilities
聽
路Ensure all documents coming into and out of NSES are controlled and documented
路Raising purchase orders for both reimbursable and non-reimbursable products, when required too.
路Generate document control reports as required
路Prevent damage or deterioration of documents
路Maintain hard copies of project certification including material certification, goods received notes etc
路Adhere to Document Pack delivery dates as specified by the Client
路Input document data into electronic and hard-copy systems
路Produce reports for management meetings as required
路Compliance with the HSEQ Integrated Management System
