Reporting to the Service Director you will ensure the best standard of care is provided to the service users and their families. You will have previous management experience and a strong understanding of the operations of business. Responsibilities* Ensure care plans are up to date, providing person specific care to each service user* Ensure budgets are adhered to and make improvements where possible* Staffing supervision and training* Rotas* Building strong and trusting relationships with the service users and their families* Being the first point of contact for team leaders, providing support when neededRequirements* SVQ4 in Health and Social Care is preferable but would consider SVQ3* Relevant leadership and management qualification* Good understanding of business operations is a must* Driver is essential * Ability to manage a team and provide support* Passionate about caring for others* Positive outlook
