Job Summary:

The Twenty One Group are currently recruiting for Electricians for one of our leading clients in Aberdeen.

Carrying out a number of tasks including: installation, maintenance, and reactive electrical services across Aberdeen City and Shire. This role will focus on key sectors such as renewable energy (Solar PV & Battery storage), hazardous area installations, and industrial electrical services. The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical installations, testing, and fault-finding, particularly with motors and control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical installation and maintenance services in the renewable energy, hazardous area, and industrial sectors.
  • Perform electrical inspections and testing, providing clear and accurate reports on your findings.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults, with a particular focus on motors and control systems.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining issues and solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team to deliver high-quality work.
  • Stay up to date with new industry techniques and continuously improve your skills.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in electrical installations, maintenance, and inspection across various sectors.
  • Excellent fault-finding skills, especially with motors and control systems.
  • Good communication abilities, capable of explaining technical findings to customers in a straightforward way.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • A keen interest in expanding your knowledge and acquiring new skills in the electrical field.

Additional Requirements:

  • Full, valid driving license (company vehicle provided).
  • Ability to work in hazardous environments when necessary.
  • Previous experience in Solar PV, Battery storage, or industrial installations is a plus, but not essential.
