Maintenance Electrician| Commercial Building Services / Maintenance | 38,000 Basic Salary | OTE: 42K-46K per annum | Permanent Role | Static | Aberdeen, Scotland.

We are currently seeking an ElectricalMaintenance Engineer to join our building services maintenance team, carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a commercial environment.

Package: What is in it for you?

  • Basic Salary: 37,000 - 40,000
  • Status: Permanent, PAYE
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm
  • High amounts of paid overtime available (x1.5 - x2 rates: additional earning potential 3K - 8K per annum).

Duties:

  • PPMs (planned preventative maintenance) to Electrical Systems.
  • Reactive maintenance / fault finding / repairs to Electrical Systems.
  • Equipment may include: wiring, lighting (safety lighting, security lighting, decorative lighting), sockets, circuits, power distribution, power supplies, electrical components within HVAC equipment etc.
  • Updating company CAFM system on works.
  • Ensuring compliance / health and safety policies are adhered to.

Requirements:

  • Must be a qualified Electrician (City and Guilds 236 Part 2, City and Guilds 2330 Level 3, NVQ Level 3)
  • Ideally have 18th Edition.
  • 2391 testing and inspection is preferable but not essential.
  • Time served applications will also be accepted.
  • Must have experience working within commercial environments / commercial building services.
