Are you a detail-oriented Architectural Technician with a passion for innovative design and precision?

My client is looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join an esteemed architectural firm based in Aberdeen. The practice prides itself on delivering cutting-edge architectural solutions that transform spaces and enhance lives across education, residential and commercial projects.

The successful Architectural Technician will have sufficient UK based experience and will have good knowledge of current UK building regulations. You will have excellent communication skills and should have a positive, proactive attitude. Revit and AutoCAD experience is essential.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • Degree, HND or HNC in Architectural Technology
  • Significant post qualification experience
  • Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Able to work through all RIBA stages
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with architects and design teams to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications
  • Positive and driven approach to work
  • Able to manage deadlines
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
