Job Title: Cyber Security Consultant

Location: Aberdeen or Glasgow, onsite 2-3 days a week

F5 are delighted to be partnering with one of the biggest Technology Consultancies in the UK, an award-winning business that works with major organisations across the country.

After some recent project wins, they are looking to bring on Cyber Security Consultants on a contract basis to support their customer. You will be required to be onsite in either Aberdeen or Glasgow 2-3 days a week.

Experience Required:

  • Proven expertise in cybersecurity, supported by relevant certifications (e.g., GICSP, GCIP, CISSP, CISM).
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and sector-specific regulations.
  • Experience in risk analysis and cybersecurity controls, including ISO 27000, NIST, and SANS CSC.
  • Understanding of infrastructure, networking, and cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in Identity & Access Management and Backup & Recovery technologies.
  • Experience with Incident Response teams is a plus.

Because of the nature of the customer to be considered for this role you will need to be eligible for Security Clearance (SC).
