This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading audit engagements, mentoring junior team members, and working closely with a diverse client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:- Leading audit engagements from planning to completion for a range of clients
- Managing and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and support
- Ensuring audits comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Liaising with clients to maintain strong professional relationships
- Identifying areas for process improvements and efficiency gains
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
