What we’re looking for:

We’re keen to hear from Paraplanners who are:

Already Level 4 Diploma qualified (DipPFS or equivalent)

Experienced in writing suitability reports and complex financial planning cases

Comfortable engaging with clients and starting to build relationships

Hungry to become a trusted adviser, not just stay behind the scenes

Driven, professional, and aligned with high ethical standards

Role Overview:

In your first 12-18 months, you’ll:

Progress towards full CAS sign-off and independent advice
