What we’re looking for:
We’re keen to hear from Paraplanners who are:
Already Level 4 Diploma qualified (DipPFS or equivalent)
Experienced in writing suitability reports and complex financial planning cases
Comfortable engaging with clients and starting to build relationships
Hungry to become a trusted adviser, not just stay behind the scenes
Driven, professional, and aligned with high ethical standards

Role Overview:
In your first 12-18 months, you’ll:
Work closely with our Financial Planners to shadow client meetings
Prepare for and attend client reviews to build your confidence
Start to take ownership of smaller client relationships
Build your own caseload with full paraplanning and admin support
Progress towards full CAS sign-off and independent advice
