We are seeking an experienced Foreman/Supervisor for our client's accommodation workshop in the Aberdeen area.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have prior supervisory experience in a similar environment.
Key responsibilities include supervising staff, distributing work efficiently, and addressing site issues like leakages and heater breakdowns promptly.
The role also involves inspecting containers to ensure they meet cleanliness and appearance standards, along with verifying included furniture kits and appliances.
A competitive salary is offered, and candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant supervisory experience.

We are looking to recruit an experienced Foreman/Supervisor to join our clients accommodation workshop in the Aberdeen area.

The ideal person will be highly motivated, able to prioritise workloads and have previous supervisory skills in a similar role/environment.

About the Role:

Supervising staff in the department.
Distributing work equitably and efficiently to ensure containers are available to meet hire requirements and site problems such as leakages / breakdown of heaters etc. are dealt with promptly and in a cost effective manner.
Inspecting all containers going out on hire to ensure they meet the necessary standards of cleanliness and appearance. Ensuring the correct furniture kits / heaters / cookers etc have been included.
