Air Hoist Technician

Cammach have an exciting, permanent Air Hoist Technician opportunity for our expanding lifting and mooring client in the Aberdeen area.

ROLE

To refurbish, inspect and conduct thorough examinations of lifting machines and lifting accessories including proof load tests.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The main purpose of the role is ensuring all rental fleet air hoists are Inspected, Serviced and Tested, ready for rentals in a timely manner.
• Service and Repair mainly comprising of Tiger branded air hoists, ranging from 250kgs to 30t.
• Ensuring stock levels of critical parts and chain are maintained and managed.
• Refurbish lifting machines and lifting accessories in accordance with works instructions.
• Inspect lifting machines and lifting accessories in accordance with works instructions.
• Conduct statutory thorough examinations of lifting machines and lifting accessories in accordance with works instructions.
• Accurate completion of paperwork/stock sheets.
• Operate equipment as per training and works instructions.
• Maintain a suitable level of housekeeping.
• Out of hours working may be required to cover the needs of the business.
• Any other relevant duties as directed by line management.

39 hour week with regular overtime available.

Salary dependent on experience.
