* You will have experience within Crewing and are looking for a new opportunity where you can utilize your skills and experience
* You will have used Crew Management Software and Microsoft Packages
* You will have Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Role:

    • Ensure Crewing Requirements of the fleet are met, in accordance with safe manning, industry and statutory requirements.
    • Ensure gaps in crews are filled by coordinating crew from elsewhere in the fleet, and where necessary communicate recruitment requirements.
    • Arrange crew changes in line with operational requirements - providing joining instructions to all crew and arranging accommodation/travel where necessary.
    • Act as a point of contact for any crew enquiries.
    • Process crew movements in crew management software
    • Process payroll changes i.e., promotions and additional payments etc
    • Assist recruitment personnel with new hire on boarding, including employee file set up, inductions, mobilization, and training requirements.
    • Liaise with Training Co-Ordinator on further training and promotion in regard to higher ranks.
    • Data inputting to various systems for recording of absences, certification, and training.
