Cammach are currently recruiting for a Trainee Workshop Administrator. Located in Aberdeen, the role is on a permanent, full-time basis.

ROLE

As a Trainee Workshop Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient operation of our workshop. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in administrative support and coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in Compiling Work Packs: Support the preparation and organization of work packs for workshop projects. This includes gathering necessary documents, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Co-Ordinate Training and Competency Records: Help manage training matrix and maintain competency records for workshop personnel. Ensure all certifications and training documents are current and properly filed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the workshop team, including data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and update workshop documentation, ensuring all records are accurately stored and easily accessible.
  • Providing support with production planning
  • Communication: Liaise with workshop personnel and other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and address any administrative needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Educational Background:  Further education in administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
