Sonic Summary

Reed Engineering is seeking a Well Intervention Instructor for a permanent position with a salary range of £65K – £70K.
The role involves delivering well intervention courses, providing technical coaching, and supporting customers during and after course delivery.
Candidates must have IWCF Well Intervention Pressure Control Level 4 certification and should be confident in training small groups.
Experience with drilling system simulators is advantageous, and a valid driving license is required.
This position is full-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7.15 am to 4.15 pm, and relevant experience is necessary.

Reed Engineering are working alongside our client who are looking to add a Well Intervention Instructor to their team on a permanent basis.

Hours: Monday – Friday 7.15am – 4.15pm

Salary: £65K – £70K

Daily Duties –

Deliver well intervention courses and provide technical coaching / professional guidance
Support customers during course delivery and gain feedback following course completion
Participate in standardisation and continuing professional development
Support trainee and existing Instructor/Assessors when required

Candidate Requirements –

IWCF Well Intervention Pressure Control Level 4
Confident, outgoing, and can deliver training to small groups
Experience with drilling system simulator (advantage)
Driving Licence
