ROLE

As a Workshop Admin Co-Ordinator. Position based within our workshop environment, working alongside the workshop supervisors to assist day to day admin requirements for the workshop. we are seeking someone to assist with admin within a mechanical workshop, candidate must have excellent

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in Compiling Work Packs: Support the preparation and organization of work packs for workshop projects. This includes gathering necessary documents, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Co-Ordinate Training and Competency Records: Help manage training matrix and maintain competency records for workshop personnel. Ensure all certifications and training documents are current and properly filed.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the workshop team, including data entry, filing, and responding to inquiries.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain and update workshop documentation, ensuring all records are accurately stored and easily accessible.
  • Providing support with production planning
  • Communication: Liaise with workshop personnel and other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and address any administrative needs.
