Workshop Supervisor

Our client is looking for a Workshop Supervisor for permanent position, located in Aberdeen.

ROLE

The Workshop Supervisor will be part of the Coiled Tubing team. The successful candidate will be aligned with our values by demonstrating that safety and performance is priority, can work well in a team and be enthusiastic and energetic about the work they do

The role is to organize, coordinate and supervise all workshop activities to ensure high quality and flawless operations to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote Health and Safety and Quality Assurance at work.
• Equipment readiness plan for operational forecast.
• Updating operations coordinator regularly.
• Manage workshop personnel.
• Manage maintenance & equipment strategy.
• Manage and control equipment inspection and certification.

Seeking candidate with proven experience managing and supervising teams within an oilfield workshop environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the maintenance and upkeep of coiled tubing and pressure pumping equipment.
