Training AdministratorAre you an organized and proactive individual with administrative experience? Do you excel in providing exceptional customer care and managing multiple tasks? We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Administrator to join our team and facilitate training arrangements for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:•    Manage Training Requirements: Oversee all aspects of arranging and maintaining training for client employees, including course bookings, scheduling, and certification.•    Handle Enquiries: Answer incoming calls and respond to emails and training enquiries promptly.•    Client Interaction: Proactively communicate with clients, delegates, and third-party training providers.•    Build Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with designated clients.•    Customer Care: Provide world-class customer care at all times.•    Assist with Reports: Help with weekly reports to clients and third parties.•    System Updates: Assist with weekly system updates.
